Returns
Customers are entitled a full refund for defective products. You can return your items to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order. Returning between 7 and 30 days will incur delivery fee and 10% restocking fee.
Shipping
Uxuan Sports will make best efforts to handle and deliver products within 2 working days. For metro areas, it takes 4 to 6 working days for courier services to deliver the goods; however, for remote and non-metro areas, it may take up to 8 working days.
