In-Store Click and Collect Option

Store pickup only available in Melbourne metro area from our Melbourne warehouse
To pickup your order faster, please give us at least one day notice in advance before you come to our warehouse collect your orders
To pickup your order in-store, the following document may require:

Order confirmation email (hard copy or soft copy)
Photo ID, if you authorised another person to collect your parcel, a photo copy will be required

Free Delivery Service

Free delivery of bulky product is ONLY offered in Melbourne Metropolitan area

Delivery time is subject to our standard delivery time. You will be notified at least ONE DAY before via phone call, SMS or email, authorise us to leave at front door/garage if no one at home. Or change time before delivery which may caused delay.
Items will be delivered to the front door/garage at ground floor ONLY (Installation is not included).
One man delivery service. But if you need your order to be delivered into the house or garage please make sure someone will be home to HELP UNLOAD.

Interstate Delivery Service

We are committed to getting the products delivered to our customer with fast speed.

We use different courier companies to ship our products to interstate, please contact us for shipping quotation with your postcode and the items you are interest to purchase.

Installation Service

Most of MDF Pool Table is fully assembled, there is a smaller amount of MDF Pool Table needs assemble the leg which ONLY takes around 20 minus.
Slate Pool Table will require fully assembly.
Professional assembly service will applied, please feel free to contact us for the quotation if needed.

What are my payment options?

During checkout process, you could choose one of our current payment options and courier services which you prefer. For bulky items, additional delivery fee may apply. It will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

How long does it take to process the order?

Please allow 2-3 working days for handling and dispatch time. Please Note: While we make every effort to send your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for Australia Post/Courier delays.

How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?

Uxuan Sports will make best efforts to handle and dispatch products. For interstate, it takes 7-10 working days for courier services to deliver the goods; however, for remote and non-metro areas, it may take up to 14 working days. Please Note: Sometimes the courier may experiencing unexpected delays for parcel deliveries national wide, please kindly allow for additional days of delay for deliveries.
