Faulty/Damaged Goods Returns

You are entitled a full refund, if the following conditions are satisfied:

● The product has manufacturing defects, and the faults are not caused by you;

- Please email us at sportsuxuan@gmail.com and provide a detailed description of the damage or fault, and photos or video showing the damage or fault

● The product is wrongly described;

● For technical products, we preserve the right to have returned products assessed by manufacturer, technician, or a third party to determine whether they need to be replaced by new ones or simply repairment;

● PLEASE NOTE: Consumable parts or accessories CANNOT be the reason for refunded;

● If the returned products do not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for all the cost occurred.

Change of Mind Returns

30-day Return Policy

● Returned within 30 days of receiving order (based upon courier delivered date)

● If customer unable to return the item back to the warehouse, we can arrange for courier collection but shipping fee will be applied

- Please contact us and we will guide you through the process

● Restocking fee:

(a) All the parts and accessories remain intact and not damaged in any way: 5% restocking fee will be applied

(b) If you opened the box, assembled and used the item: 20% restocking fee will be applied

● The original package must be returned in original package, otherwise a 5% repacking fee may be applied

● A restocking fee will be applied if the customer change of mind about the customised pool table, the percentage of the restocking fee depends on the product

Uxuan Sports reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above requirements. A refund will be processed once we receive the return back into our warehouse. We recommend you to preview the orders before adding them to your shopping cart and with the purchase. Most of our online orders will be directed to the courier company, therefore, if you change your mind and want to cancel the order when the item is in transit, postage won't be refunded under this situation and we need 24 hours to respond to the return request with the courier.

Gym Equipment

● Cosmetic issues or missing parts can be solved by repair or replacement. Hence, a full refund will not be provided for cosmetic or missing parts issues. However, our customer service department can offer partial refund as compensation at their discretion.

● Any issue caused by abuse or misuse will not be compensated or covered by warranty.

● Uxuan Sports will not be responsible for any installation-related issues. If you assemble or install the equipment by yourself, any installation issues (eg. worn-out screws) will not be covered by warranty.

● Normal wear and tear, and consumable parts (eg. dumbbell rubber) will not be covered by warranty. PLEASE NOTE: Consumable parts or accessories CANNOT be the reason for refund.

● PLEASE NOTE: Uxuan Sports will not be responsible for any weather damage of our gym equipment.

● Damage to packaging only will not be covered by warranty. PLEASE NOTE: Damage to packaging only CANNOT be the reason for refund.

● PLEASE NOTE: home gym products (esp. electrical gym equipment) need to be serviced on a regular basis. Failing to provide proper maintenance will incur issues that will not be covered by warranty.

Gaming Table

● Any issue caused by abuse or misuse will not be compensated or covered by warranty.

● Uxuan Sports will not be responsible for any installation-related issues. If you assemble or install the gaming tables by yourself, any installation issues (eg. broken slates or worn-out screws) will not be covered by warranty.

● Normal wear and tear, and consumable parts (eg. pool table cloth, pool table net pocket set) will not be covered by warranty. PLEASE NOTE: Consumable parts or accessories CANNOT be the reason for refund.

● Damage to packaging only will not be covered by warranty. PLEASE NOTE: Damage to packaging only CANNOT be the reason for refund.

● PLEASE NOTE: Uxuan Sports will not be responsible for any liquid or weather damage of our indoor gaming tables. These tables need to be placed in a fully-enclosed area.

● Products which has been not maintained (eg. wood, leather, fabric, plastic care), or which has been modified will not be covered by warranty.

What if I want to change/swap to another item?

● If you simply changed your mind and have the item returned within 7 days of the purchase (based upon the courier delivered day) which is new, unused and re-stock condition in the original package and your expense, in that way you only need to pay the price difference to upgrade or we will refund the difference to you.

● If you cannot return the item yourself due to the distance or other factors, we are can help to book the courier collection, the return freight will be borne by the customer.

● If you opened and used the product, the 20% up restocking fee may be applied depending on the condition of your product.

● Your warranty will be re-counted from the date you receive the new product.

Warranty

● All of our products are under 1 year warranty.

● All of our merchandise are under strict quality control. If there is any manufacturing fault of the parts, please inform us within 7 days so we can organise replacement of the faulty parts.

● Products damaged during shipment will be replaced. Please write ‘Receive as Damaged’ on consignment note so that we could file a claim with courier company.

● Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, used in an improper environment

● Solid timber naturally has been blemishes and marks and is subject to expanding and shrinking which may cause cracks. Please note these faults are not covered under warranty but replacement will be provided ASAP.
