• Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared
• You will be contacted at least one day before delivery via phone, SMS or email
• Delivery is made to the front door or garage at ground level only
• This is a one-man delivery service, so please arrange help if you need your billiards table moved further into the house
• Installation is not included as part of standard free delivery
