All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or courier services such as Allied Express and Toll and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays.
What are my payment options?
During checkout process, you could choose one of our current payment options and courier services which you prefer. For bulky items, additional delivery fee may apply. It will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.
How long does it take to process the order?
We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please Note: While we make every effort to send your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for Australia Post/Courier delays.
How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?
Uxuan Sports will make best efforts to handle and deliver products within 2 working days. For metro areas, it takes 4 to 6 working days for courier services to deliver the goods; however, for remote and non-metro areas, it may take up to 8 working days. Please Note: we require a residential address for delivery as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
