The pool table adopts medium-density fiberboard (MDF) as the playing surface. It cannot be dissembled or folded. If you would like to put it upstairs or in the basement, please measure in advance and make sure there is enough room in elevators or on staircases.
Pool tables are regarded as bulky items. Only in Melbourne metro areas can we deliver by ourselves. In other areas in Australia, we partner with courier companies and ship Australia wide.
This pool table needs to be placed in a dry indoor area. Do NOT place it in a wet area.
Pool tables are considered bulky and charged dearly for delivery. Therefore, shipping fee is at buyers’ expense if

(1) you request refund on grounds such as change of mind, colour difference, or shipping taking too long.

(2) your items are returned because there is no one to receive the item and courier company cannot contact you.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, most courier companies experience delays in freight movement and deliveries. Please be prepared that some delays may be expected, especially for bulky items. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
